Ingredients:
1big beetroot
2tablespoon ghee
1tspoon Elaichi(cardamom)
Milk-2cup
jaggery – 1 cup
Dry fruit chopped for garnishing
Recipe:
Take pan and take ghee then cardamom after take greted beetroot then afte few minutes take milk and jaggery mix it. When it properly cooked the halwa turn off flame and take it in dish garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
