Ingredients:

Mung – 1 cup

Chana- 1/2 cup

Oats – 2cup

Besan – 1 cup

Garlic pasta- 1tablespoon

Green mirch- 1tspoon

Lal mirch – 1tspoon

Haldi- 1tspoon

Jeera powder – 1tspoon

Dhani powder- 1tspoon

Salt as per test

Recipe :

1 day before mung and chana put in into water for the sprout…After sprouts is ready

Then

Take sprouts in mixture jar crushed it properly take it out in one bowl then oats also crushed in mixture jar it becomes a atta

Then

All the ingredients mixes it in one bowl if batter wants water 💦 take it put it 15 minutes after take water for batter contistansy and then put one pan on plame and take 1 tspoon oil and make chilla

And then

Serve with ketchup 😋😍
